Nature Walks and Art

We had a fun weekend.  Yesterday, was Brennan's last soccer game.  It was an interesting season.  He says that he likes playing soccer but watching him you wouldn't necessarily know it.  There are times he's in another world (as are 3/4 of the kids out there) or people watching; I think that's part of being 4!  He's one of the smallest and they play in a big clump so I'm sure it's scary to get in the mix when you are little.  He does a good job in the practice part of the session and I think that in the spring he might be more into the actual game part.  As long as he's having fun....he says that he will miss his soccer friends and he's ready to start swim lessons again:)  The boys and I went for a walk on our lot yesterday and then came home and made a lot of art with our finds.  Today, we went back with Nate and went for a longer walk and came home to make some more art:).  The weather was gorgeous this weekend and they are calling for a 75 degree day on Tuesday!  We've been lucky to have some absolutely beautiful fall weekends this year.

Exploring

Serious about nature.

Growing up too fast.  He sure loves exploring and wants to know all about the outdoors (and it's creatures).

Jace really enjoys snack time!

We sure were busy...

After they accepted that they had to share the glue, they did a great job on the leaf moose!
