40 Weeks- Welcome Home
Today, was my due date, but as you can see below Brennan Keith Horton is here! He was born July 18th at 5:48pm weighing 6 pounds 6 ounces. He is perfect and we are so in love with our baby boy! Welcome to the world little one:)
