Some of the recipes used for our food:

Banana cream filled cupcakes:
Use a yellow cake mix, prepare according to directions, add 2 smashed bananas and 1Tbsp baking powder.
Fill with a mixture of banana cream pudding (use less milk than the directions call for)  and mix with coolwhip
Top with cool whip

This pasta salad is awesome!

Spinach balls...something everyone is sure to like:
2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 bag (approx) Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
4 eggs beaten
2 onions chopped or dried minced onion
1 tsp pepper
1/2 T accent
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup margarine, melted
Cook and drain spinach.  If using minced onion add it while the spinach is cooking.  Mix together all ingredients, shape into balls.  Bake on cookie sheet 23-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

And, if you want a great salsa that can compete with any restaurant try this, I used it in my Tiger Dip for the party but I really love it to just dip chips in:)
