The boys had a fun weekend with their grandparents, aunt and uncle while Nate and I are away.  I'm sure you all would rather see pictures of our cuties than Nate and I so here are a couple to hold you over...

7 Years!

Happy Anniversary, Nathan!  It's been a great 7 years...so much fun, many wonderful trips, and best of all 2 precious little boys!  I wish we could get together with all of our friends and family to celebrate again today.  May 28, 2006 was such an amazing day, but today I'll have to settle for watching the video and looking at pictures.  I love you Nathan, here's to many more years!

5 Months Old!

Jacers turned 5 months old on Tuesday.  The poor little guy has a terrible rash on his face but he's still happy.  He' getting stronger and can almost sit up.  He'll be doing it on his own in no time!  His hair is growing in more; no teeth yet but I wouldn't be surprised if one came sooner than later.  Here are some pictures from our photo shoot:)

It was a pretty uneventful week and weekend.  Here's some pictures of our little Steelers fan and Brennan and Daddy fishing.

 

And for comparison here is Buddy but he is about 1.5 months older than Jace in the pic.  His hair was a lot darker.  Obviously, I shrunk the outfit quite a bit because Jace won't ne able to fit in it much longer.

Brennan did let us know this weekend that he's now big enough to draw a dinosaur, drive yellow construction equipment and build a house!

Mother's Day Cont.

On Monday, I went into Brennan's daycare classroom for a Mother's Day snack.  They made pudding parfaits with fruit and wafers.  They had cut the fruit and put the things together themselves with help from the teachers.  They also gave us butterfly wind chimes.  Very cute!

As you can see there is reason I'm not a preschool teacher...their footprints were so much better than mine.  It's the thought that counts, right?

Happy Happy Boys

The littlest man went for his 4 month check up on Tuesday.  He is healthy and well.  He weighed 15 pounds 10 ounces and was 25 1/2 inches long.  Ironically, at the same age Brennan was 15 pounds 9 ounces and 25 1/2 inches long!  Jace was so eager to smile and coo at the nurses and doctor, even through the first shot, but after the second he did cry a little.  Brennan is doing great with the potty (with the exception of one day recently), he only wears a pull up to bed now:)  I got a little camera happy today and have so many pictures of my smiley boys but I'll try to limit myself to an appropriate amount.
