Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads and especially to the best Daddy that I know, Nate.  We had a fun family day today and Brennan was on his best behavior for this special day.

Happy 11 Months!

11 months, can you believe it?  Our baby will be 1 year old in just a short month.  He continues to learn new things everyday.  He even tries to say certain words such as book, ball, and duck.  He also says uh oh.  When he's awake he's rarely sitting still and he's all BOY he bangs everything and the louder and rougher the better.  He will now walk away from furniture into the middle of the room and he can walk pretty far before sitting down to crawl.  In fact, he practically runs (see picture below).  He's still into pointing and waving at anything and anyone (again, see below).  As you can see he's in need of a hair cut but we are trying to wait until he's 1.

Brennan had a fun weekend visiting with friends and family.  He tried out his new raft in the pool which he thought was pretty cool:)

I can stand on one foot.  (He can also do this on the steps, it's one of his tricks that he's proud of)

And, I can do all of this while being this stinkin' cute!

Sorry for the lack of posts.  We've been busy and spending more time outside.  We had a wedding this weekend in Baltimore, it was nice to see college friends and celebrate with Mel and Chris.  Here's some pictures of Brennan as I'm sure you've been missing his smiling little face.
